Delete your account and data
How to delete your CaloNote account (provided by NomioAI) and the data in it. You can request deletion even without the app.
Option 1. Delete in the app (recommended · immediate)
- 1Open the CaloNote app
- 2Tap My Page in the bottom tab bar
- 3Tap the settings (gear) icon at the top right
- 4Select Account management
- 5Tap Delete account and confirm
Option 2. Request by email (if you cannot use the app)
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, ask our team to delete your account using the button below. To verify it is you, please send the request from the email address you signed up with.

Please include:
- •The email address you signed up with
- •Your nickname, if you remember it
- •How you signed up — Email / Apple / Google / Kakao
We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days at the latest. If we cannot verify your identity, we may ask for more information.
What is deleted and what is kept

| Community posts, comments and likes | Deleted immediately and no longer shown to friends |
| Friend relationships and requests | Deleted immediately |
| Report and block records | Kept 3 years after the case is closed (dispute handling, repeat-violation checks) |
| Payment and subscription records | Kept 5 years, then deleted (Korean E-Commerce Act) |
| Access logs | Kept 3 months, then deleted (Communications Privacy Act) |
| Fraud prevention records | Kept 6 months, then deleted |
| Anonymized AI training data | Retained in irreversibly anonymized form (contains no personal data) |
Records we are required to keep by law are stored separately for the periods above and are not used for any other purpose. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Before you delete
⚠️ Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- •Deleted records and photos cannot be recovered.
- •If you only want to stop sharing with friends, turn off Profile > Auto-share in the app, or unshare individual records.
- •To remove only some records, use the more menu (⋯) > Delete on those items.
